SIIT Scholarship Program 2024-25

Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) has launched a Fully Funded SIIT Scholarship Program for Master’s and Doctoral Scholarships for International Students for 2024-25. Students who want to pursue their Master’s and Doctoral degrees from abroad are being provided fully funded scholarships by SIIT.

The SIIT Scholarship is a unique scholarship offered by Thailand for international students with outstanding academic and extracurricular records. Through the Fully Funded Scholarship, you will also receive full tuition fees, academic support and a monthly living allowance of 10,000 baht.

Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) offers undergraduate and graduate programs (master and doctoral levels) leading to the Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Master of Engineering (M.Eng.), Master of Science (M.Sc.), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.).

The bachelor’s degree is offered in the following areas: chemical engineering (ChE), civil engineering (CE), computer engineering (CPE), digital engineering (DE), electrical engineering (EE), engineering management (EM), industrial engineering (IE), management technology (MT), and mechanical engineering (ME). It also offers a Master of Science Program in Engineering and Technology and a Doctor of Philosophy Program in Engineering and Technology.

SIIT Graduate Scholarship Coverage

In the SIIT scholarship, students are paid the full tuition fee for the degree. The university also provides all the expenses incurred on the thesis in the degree. A 10 thousand baht living allowance is also provided to international students in the SIIT Full Fund Scholarship. The university also provides an annual round trip to students receiving SIIT scholarships.
The Government of Thailand also provides visa fee airline tickets health and accident insurance to the students who get the SIIT scholarship. If you want to get an SIIT Fully Funded Scholarship, apply immediately and take advantage of it.

Eligibility Criteria

• You must not be a resident of Thailand to receive SIIT’s fully funded scholarship.
• The applicant should be eligible to pursue his Masters and Doctoral studies at SIIT.
• For admission to the Master’s program, students must have passed a Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA of 2.75.
• The students must have a CGPA of 3.50 to get admission to the Ph.D. program.
• To avail of the Full Fund Scholarship, an applicant must be proficient in English and have an IELTS Score of 4.5.
• In addition, the applicant must have a certified certificate to show his English fluency.
• The applicant should not have any physical or mental illness.
• If the applicant has previously received a bachelor’s scholarship from SIIT, he/she will be ineligible for doctoral and master’s programs.

Application Requirements

Please prepare the following documents for your application:

• A statement of purpose should be at least one page long.
• Your curriculum vitae (CV) or résumé.
• An official or current transcript. If you are applying for a Master’s degree, your Bachelor’s degree transcript with a GPA of at least 2.75 is required. If you are applying for a Doctoral degree, your Bachelor’s and Master’s degree transcripts with a GPA of at least 3.00 are required.
•  If applicable, your English proficiency test certificate. However, even if you don’t have this certificate, you may still apply online.
• A valid ID card and passport.
• Any research papers, publications, or awards (if applicable).
• A recent photograph, in jpeg format, has 1 x 1.5 inches dimensions.
