If you want to register again, you should do your registration online using the web portal. Yes, you will open this portal to register again. You first enter your National Identity Card Number which is your 13-digit number inside this portal.

If you want to re-register your registration through SMS, you are being told the SMS procedure. You can do your registration through SMS, first, you have to open the message box on your mobile. When you open the message box on your mobile, you have to go to New Message.
And when you go to a new message, you have to write 8171 there and on 8171 you have to write your national identity card number. Once you have written, your National Identity Card number; you have to send it.
After sending, you have to wait for a while, you will receive a confirmation message stating that you are eligible for this program. If you are not eligible for this program, you must complete your survey. You are also told how you can complete your survey.
